Pachypodium Eburneum - Madagascar Pachycaul Succulent
Pachypodium Eburneum is found in a small region of central madagascar, found growing on isolated outcrops or hills or rock faces on quartzitic rocks.
Similar in appearance to Pachypodium densiflorum, it has a swolen stem with a smooth grey bark and a green tint, but with more spines and leaves of a more blunt shape in comparison.
It has large ivory cream/white flowers. Care should be taken with watering and soil composition, this species is prone to rotting.
Minimum temperature 10°C
Caudex can grow to 25 cm in diameter and plants can reach 25 cm in height.
