A bulb forming plant native to South Africa, it forms a pair of leaves up to 20cm long and 15 wide, with a 'shaving brush' white flower in the middle.
The plant grows flat to the ground and has a sticky sweet nectar that is easy for rodents to drink, as these are its pollinators!
A very unusual bulb forming plant.
