Oriental Tatsoi - Brassica Narinosa
An Asian Brassica, this Chinese Flat Cabbage or Spinach Mustard is an edible leafy green reaching up to 45cm tall. Leaves are spoon-shaped, dark green, and grow in a thick rosette of concentric circles around 15cm wide.
Leaves are similar in taste to bok choi, with a sharp, mustard like edge. Leaves can be harvested when young or mature, though younger leaves will have a more delicate taste. Mature at around 50 days.
