Larger than most Echeverias, this specimen can reach up to 45cm tall with rosettes up to 60cm wide, with wide spoon-shaped leaves.
Leaves are a grey-green colour, often with red margins, with older leaves turning purple to pink in colour. Individual leaves can reach up to 25cm long and 25cm wide.
Blooms from late autumn through early winter. Flowers appear on an inflorescence spike up to 1.8cm tall, with small pink to red hanging flowers.
Frost tender to around 5-10°C.
