Russian Tarragon (Artemisia Dracunculoides) is a herb growing to around 120 cm tall, with slender branched stems.
Milder in flavour than French Tarragon, it is a much hardier plant and a more vigorous grower, producing many more leaves.
Tarragon is one of the four fines herbs of French cooking, and is particularly suitable for chicken, fish and egg dishes.
A must have for the kitchen garden.
Fully hardy to -15°C and well under.
