Actinidia Arguta - Tara Vine / Hardy Kiwi
Actinidia Arguta is a deciduous Climber found growing up trees in woodland and mountain forests, from East Asia to China and Japan.
It is in flower from Jun to July, and theseeds ripen in October. The flowers are dioecious, so both male and female
plants must be grown if seed is required, and are pollinated by bees.
Suitable for light, medium and heavy soils, and can grow in semi-shade or no full sun, preferring a moist soil, growing to around 15 m.
Fully hardy to -15°C and well under.
